About
I am a passionate textile engineer and educator with a strong foundation in textile technology. My journey has been defined by curiosity and a desire to create meaningful impacts, from developing experimental water filtration systems to exploring consumer behavior, circular economy in textiles and also exploring how to improve functionality of technical apparel.
With hands-on industry experience in merchandising and marketing, I gained valuable insights into the fast-paced world of fashion and consumer preferences. Beyond academics, I actively participated in business case competitions, presented at conferences, and pursued skills in Excel, and Python. I continue to expand my knowledge, currently enhancing my data visualization capabilities.
Now, I aim to deepen my expertise by pursuing graduate studies in CADS, focusing on cutting-edge research in consumer behavior and sustainability. I am excited about opportunities that allow me to merge my technical background, teaching experience, and research aspirations to make a lasting impact in the industry.
